 Verified I have had a crack in my windshield for a year or two and felt it was time to get it replaced since winter is coming.  I asked for estimates from several places and Chai's had the lowest price with very good reviews.  They responded quickly as did a few others, but I decided to go with Chai's.  They needed the vin#, model, etc. to see if they had the windshield in stock and they did so we arranged a time and they said they could come out and replace the windshield.  They came on time and it took about an hour and a half and they were done.  It's been about a month and I haven't had an issue.  It's a husband and wife team, I think.  Verified Chai is awesome. Super prompt, courteous, great communicator. Fixed my 2023 Bolt EUV windshield in an hour the day I needed, and so far so good! When the stupid electric car sensor error message came on afterwards, I told him about it and he came by the next day to check it out, for free, without my even asking him to do so. Turns out that with electric cars you have to get them recalibrated every time your windshield is replaced, has nothing to do with Chai's work. My insurance is covering that so now I have that scheduled, but he's asked me to let him know how it goes. So nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about how things turn out and follows up!  Verified I called my insurance company after my window had been vandalized . They connected me to a list of other businesses that they had already approved of, none of which could help me the same day . The soonest any of them could get to me was two or three days out . My driver side window was completely busted out. Within a couple hours Chai's mobile auto glass showed up  and fixed everything up and I was back on the road.

 Verified Mirror knocked off base.  Gave options.  Given that the mirror was working (camera still connected, control arm working) I had him glue it back on for a fraction of the cost of replacing.  He then returned to make the glue seal clean.  He's quick, responsive and skilled with making stuff work!

 Verified My  van's back windshield was shattered for no apparent reason.  We were on a road trip from Orange County to Seattle.  Simon was very responsive and gave reasonable price.  He's was a life saver because we needed the windshield to be installed the next day so we can head to our other destinations.  He showed up to our hotel 30 minutes before the scheduled time and he took and hour to get it installed. Highly recommend his service if you are in the area.

 Verified My car had a crack and Chai was very responsive and came over on the same day to fix it. He found a second crack that I wasn't aware of and fixed that too.
